Admissions Officer

Job Description

  • Advise students and parents and provide them with information about academic programs and the school in general.
  • Oversee the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Implement admissions policies and procedures.
  • Market programs and facilities by preparing and providing informational brochures; writing and placing advertisements; answering questions; conducting tours.
  • Obtain applicant’s information by requesting completed application package; verifying and clarifying information; explaining admission criteria.
  • Coordinate with School Office and Registrar Department for assessment and enrollment process of students.
  • Resolve student's and parents’ dissatisfactions by investigating concerns; recommending changes in service policies and procedures.
  • Develop effective communication strategies and enrollment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students
  • Prepare admissions reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Coordinate with other departments for implementation, supervision and admin administration of short-term courses


  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Proficient English skills
