Role Reports to: Head of Secondary & Head of Secondary’s Office Manager

Job Description:
  • Support and perform all tasks assigned by the Head/Principal in teacher recruitment process.
  • Process Work Permit application, visa, and other related matters in accordance with the Law of Vietnam.
  • Assist in C&B of expat teachers and undertake general office duties.
  • Ensure the school office area is welcoming, neat and tidy. Ensure all school files are kept updated, tidy and in good order.
  • Liaise with teachers for human resources, administrative and other non-academic matters.
  • Execute other administrative tasks assigned by the Office Manager.
Essential Criteria:
  • Native Vietnamese, good communication in English, Vietnamese (verbal and written).
  • Graduated with min. a Bachelor degree.
  • Experience and proven knowledge of ability to effectively use the computer as a tool for a variety of functions.
  • Experience in administration, Work Permit & Visa application, customer service,
  • admissions in an educational environment will be advantaged.
  • Hardworking, detail-oriented, team player.
