Last Saturday, CHRISTMAS came early to the International School of Vietnam, with a number of festive activities being held successfully in our sixth annual Winter Bazaar.

Thank you to all that attended the ISV International Day today. It was a treat to see the multiple countries presented as well as the colour and national dress that comes with this day. A HUGE thank you to the PTA and the further ISV community for their coordination and support.

The Middle school panther girls took to the field for their first game this season. Controlled movement of the ball gave the girls good confidence as they kept a high possession rate barely allowing Concordia a chance at the ball

A slow start by ISV quickly picked up steam resulting in a blow-out win by the Panthers Girls Basketball team.  A 13-0 halftime lead quickly grew to 26-4 by the end of the 3rdquarter

November 6, 2018, led by team Captain Sky Sung and young Duy Duc Cao, the ISV Boys Varsity Basketball team was able to get their first victory in school history!

Approaches to Learning skills is a core component of the International Baccalaureate Programme. At ISV it was implemented 24th, October 2018 by IB English B students who after a 6-week collaborative planning and preparation addressed them towards our EXAM cohorts: grade 10 and grade 12 students.

PYP workshop to parents new to the IB-PYP was successfully organized on Friday - 19th October 2018 at ISV, with the aim to build a deeper understanding of the five essential elements of the IB-PYP and how these elements connects to everyday living.

The Seniors of ISV (G12) are organizing an event stimulating the model of the famous TED Talk series. The theme for the first TEDISV will be "ID" - Identity. The event is expected to be an educational platform for ISV students to speak up and share their ideas with their teachers and fellow peers.

We are pleased to announce that our Grade 2 student - Cheon, Ye Seul has won the third place in poem in the Korean Writing Contest which was taken place on 12th October 2018.
