Seesaw is a simple way for teachers and students to record and share what's happening in the classroom, for the whole class group, for a specific part of the school community. It enables parents to connect to the classroom and their child's learning in 'real time', and enables parents to take part, e.g. through commenting to the selections of tasks posted.

Seesaw also gives students a place to document their individual learning, be creative, and offers opportunity for students to learn how to use technology, purposely.

When entering ISV-Elementary, each student will be given their own journal and will add things to it, like photos, videos, audio, drawings, reflections, or notes. These journals will present as a digital journey of each student’s learning, becoming their elementary e-portfolio. These comprehensive e-portfolios are easily accessible to administrators, teachers, students and families. As the e-portfolios follow our elementary students through their entire career at the elementary section of our school, it’s possible to track progress over time and build a complete record of learning.

MaiaLearning is our online career and university guidance counseling platform which empowers students to create their own post-secondary goals. Through personality and career assessments, MaiaLearning helps our students discover their passions, strengths, learning styles and potential careers. Students can search for universities around the world, keep track of their extra-curricular activities, create resumes, and execute a career plan. MaiaLearning is also the method by which we electronically transmit school documents for university applications, and keep track of university acceptances. University representatives are welcome to schedule visits to ISV by creating a MaiaLearning account.

Starting in this academic year, ISV is proud to announce the adoption of the leading online learning platform for IB world schools - Managebac.

ManageBac enables efficient curriculum planning, assessment and reporting, while eliminating paperwork and enhancing communication to parents and students. It will increase transparency and school-home links. It was introduced to students in the first part of the Autumn Term. Students use the portal to complete assignments, track their grades and attendance and save their work in their portfolio
Parents can see their child's assignment tasks, grades, attendance and reports.

Pamoja is the IB’s online learning provider.  Through blended-learning and online resources the Pamoja courses are written and supported by IB experts in their field.  Our students engage with learners across the global in various disciplines.  This makes their Pamoja experience a truly internationally-minded one.

Turnitin is a plagiarism detection service.  The Turnitin software checks for potentially unoriginal content by comparing submitted work to several databases using a proprietary algorithm. It scans its own databases, and also has licensing agreements with large academic proprietary databases.  All work submitted by students is stored in a database used to check for plagiarism. This prevents one student from using another student's work, by identifying matching text between papers. In addition to student work, the database contains a copy of the publicly accessible Internet, with the company using a web crawler to continually add content to Turnitin's archive. It also contains commercial and/or copyrighted pages from books, newspapers, and journals.
